Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

New Résumé Submissions Screen

A résumé is considered new if it was submitted to a job but has not been reviewed, meaning that it has not been moved to candidate status or removed from consideration.

By default, Talent Management places in the Screened-In category those applicants that screened-in via the Screening Questionnaire, as well as those applicants who were not asked to complete a questionnaire. Applicants who did complete the questionnaire but who did not pass it are placed in the Screened-Out category.

There are several ways to view new applicants:
  • New Résumé Submissions screen
  • New Résumés column on the Manage Requisitions screen
  • My New Résumé Submissions widget
  • My New Résumés and Candidate Pipeline widget
